Hi,
Preston's hair is SUPER matted and I can't seem to brush it out because he crys a lot! I keep him in a cashmere sweater because it's very cold right now so I'm thinking maybe that is causing the matting. He's only 4 months old... Will keeping the sweater on him affect how his hair is going to grow? How do I get out the matting?

Help! I don't want to hurt him when I brush him...
