 My doggies size?

I have a new baby named Preston. He is super hyper and playful and has been a joy!!! We are so in love with him it's ridiculous! Right now he is 16 weeks old and weighs 31.5 oz. Is that big? How big will he be when he grows up? When do they stop growing? Just wondering because this is my first Yorkie and I have no experience...
