Yes, I give them fresh fruit. I just cut off really small pieces of fruit when I am eating it. I hand them one tiny piece at a time. I don't think a lot of fruit at once would be good. I always cut a blueberry in half just to be safe...I don't know if a whole one could get stuck in their throat.

I use any canned peas I have. They like those baby peas. You can use frozen too, they are probably healthier, but mine seem to like canned better.
