Honestly, if this breeder turns out to be bad news, the $100 will be the least of your concerns. You could end up paying well over $2000 for surgery costs, vet costs, etc.,
I hope you don't feel like me or the other members on here are being rude. We are just being completely honest--even if it's brutally honest.
