 LA area chihuahua rescue?
Hey all!! Does anyone know of any Los Angeles based small dog or chihuahua rescues? My mom knows someone who was homeless, and is now receiving housing for her and her children. Unfortunately, the low income housing will not allow her to keep her dog. :-/
