Well, I'm glad it's still legal here. I really remember a time when there were so many strays and everyone thought they should be a breeder and very few families neutered their pets and I would hate to see us go back to that. All you have to do is dog a google on overpopulation in Mexico and know that the only thing saving us is the fact we have low cost neutering clinics. |
