Yes to the comment about selling tactics such as Baby Doll and teacups. A reputable breeder does not use these terms nor would someone purposely breed for less than about 5 lbs. A small one can occur in a litter but if I do get one that is particularly small, due dilligence is my norm on observing etc that pup to ensure it is not a health issue that it is that small. I usually keep them until spay/neuter time, have my Vet do the procedure as going under anasthesia will often tell me of chances that there is something amiss that health testing has not revealed. |
