Default My Yorkie Has A Underbite...

My yorkie has an underbite. I noticed two of her back teeth aren't falling out. They are holding on for dear life slightly at the root of her gums. Her mouth hurts when I brush her back teeth due to this issue. She tries to keep her mouth shut tight when I try to brush her teeth. How long should I wait to see if they will fall out on there own? She is 6 months now. I notified her breeder about the issue, and she told me that her father had an underbite too. I thought good breeders wouldn't breed yorkies with underbites. She told me she replaced him, since my dog developed an underbite. My vet said she shouldn't have any issues due to it, and they should fall out eventually. She eats ok, so I guess I shouldn't worry about it to much.
