Still seems all kinds of wrong for a judge to look at Kari Hickox and say, "Even if you have no fever, passed two Ebola tests and are symptom-free, because Jane & John Doe down the road are afraid, you must stay in your house until I say you can leave, by order of the State".

Who wants the State to be able to selectively choose whom to detain due to somebody else's unfounded fears or prejudices? In the past, weren't quarantined people were at least sick or proven disease carriers?

In the meantime, Dr. Fauci, NIH Ebola team & Emory U. Hospital Ebola team plus the doctors who've also treated Ebola patients in the last 21 days who were on the dais with Pres. Obama today are living their lives, being feted and treated as conquering heroes.
