If Maine can show proof that the nurse is now or maybe even likely going to be contagious to the public, they should win any court case, depending upon the politics of the judge. If not, allow that hero who went through a month of hell to self-monitor herself and go about her life as these workers have been doing for years without infecting us all. She knows to isolate the moment symptoms show up. She's not contagious to a single soul in Maine unless she is spewing highly-infectious bodily fluids or her dead body retains a high viral load.
