I'm a Yorkie girl obviously, but my cousin is in search of a Maltese and with so many puppy mills and unhealthy "teacups" out there, I want her to steer clear of such poor breeders.


Any help or suggestions are very much appreciated.

I think this website is similar to what the YTCA is , but for Maltese.
