Hi everyone! Just wondering, does anyone have any recommendations or experience with reputable and trustworthy Maltese breeders?
I'm a Yorkie girl obviously, but my cousin is in search of a Maltese and with so many puppy mills and unhealthy "teacups" out there, I want her to steer clear of such poor breeders.
Any help or suggestions are very much appreciated.
