I had Jeter's first grooming done at 12 weeks. DaVinci's first grooming was at 17 weeks. Jeter had his second grooming done yesterday and he did very well. I've had the same groomer for 8 1/2 yrs and he's very patient, soft spoken, and gentle with the puppy while he's grooming. My DaVinci was so difficult when he was a puppy, he would scream and bite but my groomer worked with him and after a while he didn't bite or scream when being groomed. I call NY groomer the dog whisperer, LOL.
