7 years / 5 years, matters not, proper diet, exercise, vaccines when needed and taking pup to vet when they are not acting normal, like pup has diarrhea for 3 days, not eating, drinking,get to vet ASAP not wait 3 days, is the key factor to keeping your baby fit & healthy. My last girl was a big girl, 17 lbs, if she did not eat for 24 hours, off to the vet we went, if she had diarrhea for 12 hours, off to the vet we went, she was with me for 17 years.
