From my understanding, if they get a whitish head, they are more likely to have a silky coat. Another indication is something called eye shine, take a picture with a flash and look at the shine of the eyes, if it's green, it's a silky coat, if it's golden, it's a cotton coat. Most puppies will have blue eyes though. I'm kind of amazed her ears are standing, most breeders recommend trimming the hair around the top of the ear so that the ears will be upright, she must have some strong cartilage in her ears. If they start drooping, when she's teething, you might want to trim up the hair a little. As she gets older it won't matter though. She's a cutie pie, that's for sure. Silky is a good thing, much easier to care for.
