This cancer stuff in dogs seems to be getting sooooooo common....my brother lost both his large breed dogs to cancer, Fred, a shepherd mix, and Missy, a collie. I am so sorry about YOUR news....seems like you have not even had time to catch your breath and you are getting slammed yet again. I have not had any dogs that were diagnosed with a specific cancer....Hailee was running and playing one minute and by 10am, she was in severe respiratory distress, and after a frantic trip to the vet, xrays that show metastatic cancer throughout her lungs, I let her go to Rainbow Bridge....so all I know is the horrible pain of loosing a baby to this terrible disease.....praying for you, for strength to confront this challenge, and wisdom and guidance to know what will be the best outcome for your baby and you.....
