How frustrating and hurtful, I am so sorry- it feels so icky and bad from all the way over here that you are having to feel this way. I think the public letters, both lynzy's and Judy's sounded great either style- or a blend of them depending on how you feel comfortable approaching it. Totally rude and innapropriate, cringing for you (I'm not sure their is an emoticon for grimace)
