I think it's weird that they would threaten to call ANIMAL CONTROL of all people. I thought animal control only assisted with stray or extremely aggressive dogs? I would be frustrated and annoyed with the person who left that note. The least that they could do was knock on your door and ask you politely, rather than just leaving an ANONYMOUS note at your door. If they didn't write their name, how are they supposed to get an answer or reply back to their question? ODD
