I guess the lady I assume she is a lady, may genuinely be concerned for cooper. He walks around like he is drunk but not all the time and his one eye is closed. If it is open it looks bad. He is almost 7 years old, he is not in the best health but my regular vet his eye specialist,(one of the best in the country) his neurologist and the two second opinions I've gotten at top universities all feel he is not in pain and do not feel its time to put cooper down at this time.
Cooper is my third yorkie, while it pains me to think our pets don't last forever I know when its time to make that horrible choice. Cooper is not just a pet to me.

My first yorkie was amazing, but a medical nightmare. Had a liver shunt, Born cryptorchid, hernia, had two bad hips that I had replaced, two knee surgeries. All of these things I had fixed. His trachea collapsed I did all I could for him. My second yorkie shaffer had seizures, and a bad trachea. They both had the best care. I guess I just feel insulted because I honestly go above and beyond for my pets and some neighbor thinks its ok to leave a note like that.

I'm working on a letter for the gate guy to hand out. Thanks for the suggestion
