Leo's the same way. On leash he'll bark at other dogs but once he's free to run he's great with other dogs. Zoey however doesn't really care for other dogs, but she goes anyways because once in awhile she'll run around and play. Leo doesn't like it when people go up to him, because it takes him a while to warm up to people, but surprisingly today he was really happy to be around strangers. Going back tomorrow
