It's night and day now with the new place. The 2nd time we went in they welcomed us back, asked about Cozy and Moonshine (pets not with us that day), and really acted like they cared and appreciated our business.
If you go to a vet---or a doctor for yourself---and you don't feel good...change until you get one you're happy with. What works for one person might not work for another, so don't be shy about telling your new vet what your expectations are.
