Wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole! Being in Missouri one of the largest puppy mill states you need to look carefully. There breeding females are also under 5 pounds, they do not keep puppies until 12 weeks, there registering there dogs APRI which mean they may be mixed or not you would never know because it's just not a reputable registery. In my opinion I bet you that "yorkie play house" is a kennel and I would not want a puppy that was not whelped and living in the house with humans. Having a USDA license screams puppy mill to me. 10 dogs is also a lot of dogs.
