It's very difficult to get a nice quality Yorkshire Terrier with breeding rights. I'm in the northeast and $2000 is pretty much what you can expect to pay for a pet puppy with agreement to have him/her spayed/neutered.
Responsible breeders are very concerned about the homes their puppies go to and will not allow them to be used for breeding. Most will also cringe at the thought of deliberate mutt breeding. There's already more than enough of that happening by accident, it seems. |
