When my babies bark at night they either want to go out to potty or they are hungry. If they haven't eaten well during the day, I offer them a small meal before bed time. It sounds like your little Beckham is well rested and wants to get up and play. Maybe an evening walk or rigorous play session before bed time will help him sleep through the night.
