I'll bet Dr. Spencer didn't endanger anyone as his viral load was probably too low; but until Romero, Mukpo, Pham and Vinson's close contacts are cleared we don't know for sure the present viral strains from West Africa possibly mutated and changed its nature of infection. It's looking like there has been no mutations at all, though.
Still, I wish after feeling fatigued or tired, both Vinson and he would have isolated themselves until clearing 21 days or safely getting into an Ebola-prepared hospital if they got sick. Vinson tried and likely the CDC and DCHHS' directions proved safe as they probably knew she probably wasn't infectious yet, but it's that "probably" and all of those words that hedge statements of so-called Ebola "facts" that government agencies, epidemiologists and infectious disease specialists and medical talking heads keep using that worry the public.
