I had a VERY picky eater that is no longer with us, and when she was 13 I discovered that she loved Nature's Variety frozen raw. She never turned her nose up at it, the only food she ever ate immediately without coaxing. Maybe you need to try other foods to see if you hit on something that she will eat.
Also, have you had her BAT's run to check for any kind of issues with her liver?
