I hope you take advantage of the involvment of an actual nutritionist from RC to help you with your question about thisw particular RC formula for your pups specific issues you are thinking was caused from the food....she may be able to give you some guidance and answer your questions! In working with RC for over 30 years, I have found them to be most helpful and enthusiastic about answer my questions or concerns!
