Trixie goes outside potty in all types of weather. She doesn't particularly care for rain, so she goes out, potties right away and goes back in really fast. Snow is not so bad... I'll just put a coat on and off we go.
I do keep a towel by the door to wipe her down when she goes back inside. And I give her extra baths to clean off the dirt.
