No really, he sounds like he's doing great for such a young age. He will get used to that harness, trust me, he will...just will take some time.
On the white patch...gosh, I don't know? I don't think it should be a problem...?
Ps. I'm fostering a chi as of yesterday - he's from the shelter where I volunteer - he is just a doll! Could sit on a lap ALL day long, lol. Just so sweet.
