I mean, anything is possible when it comes to side effects, practically. Ie, if it comes in gelatin capsules, could she be allergic to that, etcetera. But, I highly doubt it.

But basically, you have to figure out if they're year round or seasonal - and that pretty much dictates the best options for you.
Have you tried Atopica or Apoquel yet? Or Temaril-P?
