Looks like a fake picture to me.
Not a bad one, but the face (the eyes nose and upper lip) have been pasted on. You can see the outline of the inserted features if you look closely at the picture. Especially around the chin area. Looks like a large or adult dogs face superimposed on a small dog or puppy. Cute anyway
