My 15 mo. old 5.5 lb girl has had both hook and threadworms since we got her last January. Panacur for 4 days to a week at a time didn't work.
Then we tried it for two weeks and there was a negative stool result and were ecstatic, until a month later when she now again has threadworms, no Hooks.
Vet is recommending Ivermectin. Very worried.
Any suggestions?
