Hang in there! It gets better with each month and year. Max had me in tears several times when he was a pup. I didn't know how people kept these little guys alive.
I agree with everyone above that an xpen when you can't supervise is helpful indoors. Outdoors, you have to be vigilant. Max and Teddy are now 5 and 6 and usually leave bad things outdoors alone, but I still have to keep an eye on them.
