Bear is my first dog ever. I adopted him from a shelter when he was a puppy, the shelter had shut down a puppy mill or at least took in the puppies. But since day one he has had terrible skin issues! Super itchy like red patches that pus over. He has been to the vet more times than I can count they always prescribe smilecef (spelling?). I have also changed his food to wellness ocean blend. He gets this allergies or sores year around so I don't know what he is allergic to he is also on advantix for fleas. I am doing the best I can but he is starting to cost me more than I can afford and I don't know what else I can do. Any advice would be great.
