Tummy troubles are so frustrating, I really feel for you. To answer your question - no, not all yorkies have sensitive tummies...none of my 3 do. Have you tried adding fiber/pumpkin, btw? I wonder if that would help regulate her at all. As far as kibble, you may want to try Nature's Logic.
