I would wait, even though you really want to bathe her. Have you tried baby powder as a dry bath? It gives a nice smell and works well. The reason for waiting is you don't want the incision to get wet/soft and then be compromised, allowing infectious agents to get in the microscopic areas that are still mending or just barely mended.
