It looks like some of her dogs are registered with "APRI, NAPR,CKC". APRI isn't reliable. I'm assuming that CKC means Continental Kennel Club, which isn't reliable either. I've never heard of "NAPR".
If you live near her, then definitely, visit her home and ask to meet the parents, pups. Ask for references. Ask if she does any health clearances. Ask if she gives you a health guarantee.

She lets her puppies come home at 12 weeks, which is good.
I think the best thing to do is visit her house.
