Hi welcome to Yorkietalk! Congrats, Cali sounds adorable. We would love to see pictures of her.

I would not take a puppy that young out for walks and wait until she has all her shots before doing so as they can get sick.

When you see her pee on the pee pad you could praise her either with your voice or a treat.

For the barking, I think it depends on the dog when they start barking.
