The same thing is illustrated when they flatten their ears which can either indicate submission or excitement. Teddy's ears go super flat when he is happy to see a family member or when I ask him to do something he'd rather not do - but he does it anyway! Well, sometimes!
Thank you, she does flatten her ears too. While she may respect me as the leader, she certainly doesn't listen to me all the time.
