I sure do agree with Ana!!! DON'T TAKE HIM ANYWHERE NEAR THAT PLACE!
Ask around for a really good groomer who is really nice to his/her clients. Accidents do happen. Higgins is not good with our groomer and she has nicked him with the scissors, but we couldn't find it. However, you certainaly didn't deserve a lecture about how this was supposed to be a puppy all trained for grooming! And I just don't think puppy classes are the place for Yorkies. Our little guys are just toooooo small. All it takes is one out-of-owners-control big puppy to injure a little guy in a flash. Yorkies are so smart that they will repsond to patient training at home.
I would tell PetSmart that you want to take your little one to another groomer and another vet, and that you would appreciate their paying for it. If they refuse, do it anyway....take Diddy somewhere else that is safer and less traumatizing for him. |
