Default I'm Bored & I'm Curious About

what kind of pots and pans (e.g. cookware and bakeware) do you have in your kitchen?

I am all in to healthy cooking and I do cook quite a bit at home but I also do like to keep things fairly simple. I am not much of a baker and prefer to cook mainly Asian and Western food.

I would like to know what everyone else has cookware and bakeware wise in your kitchen?

I have a set of stainless steel pots and pans (different sizes), a 8 quart stainless steel pressure cooker and I use it quite a fair bit especially after work when I am trying to whip up dinner in a short time and my trustee 10" Kitchenaid cast iron pan which I totally love. I also have a small non stick pan only used for frying eggs to keep the free flowing yolk intact lol.

Bakeware wise I have a rectangular stoneware, a Corningware bakeware and a bigger stoneware for lasagnas etc and some ramekins. I seldom bake but when I do, I mainly make turkey/beef pies, banana cake, pecan butter pie, parfaits, light cream cheese ramekin desserts, no bake stuff.
