Thanks for the reply! This morning she was straining to go and only had a very small hard stool, followed up 2 minutes later with a large regular stool. She has been eating and drinking fine today. I called the breeder tonight and asked her what her thoughts were and her main concern was that she was eating and drinking like normal. She said if she was constipated she wouldn't be eating because it would have nowhere to go, and to just continue to watch her and make sure she eats. Ellie did have a normal poop at the breeders house while we were there Friday, no difficulty. I wonder if because she is only eating little bites of the Blue Buffalo canned puppy throughout the day that's why she isn't pooping much? I probably sound crazy, I just want to make sure my baby is okay.
