Since you just brought her home, it is advisable to have a vet wellness check anyway. Usually breeders have this in the contract for the health guarantee. I assume she also has more vaccinations that need to be scheduled too.
Once a day poop and potential dehydration in a 10 week old puppy would concern me. The smaller and younger they are, the faster they can go down.
If she continues to exhibit difficulty when she does eliminate, that is also cause for concern. I re-read your post and see that she is not having difficulty, but not going often.
