I fixed your avatar because I made a mistake!!! I forgot (even after doing a million avatars, go figure) that you can have 48.8k NOT 40k. I kept trying to get it under 40 that's why the other avatar is so grainy. Well, I fixed it for you AND added the other pic. I know, I know...thank me later!
