Hi Everyone! I have a 6 month old yorkie girl. Really adorable even though she's a bit spoiled and still cries for attention all the time

Up until 2 weeks ago she was great with the potty training (almost no accidents, always went to the pee pad). Now she is going all over the place. She's had tummy troubles and is on a special bland diet that the vet recommended, so I think maybe that's what got it started. She also started peeing in her crate even if she's in there for 30 minutes, which she never used to do. The vet had a look and didn't mention any infections, etc.

I was wondering if you had any tips on what I can do to get her back on track (no treats allowed). She still uses it sometimes but for the most part, potty training is forgotten. Did anyone else have this problem, all of the sudden?

ps ... I have to use pee pads because I live in an unsafe city (in Mexico) & going out on a schedule is not an option (especially when its still dark).
