Dog Fancy is based out of Mission Viejo in Southern California (about 20 minutes away from me). This month's issue has a Yorkie on the cover which means... This is for Eddie & Jack and all other boys - Yorkie Centerfold!!!
They actually also have breed specific magazines and I think Yorkies are one of them now. I haven't looked for them lately.
