I've had a female rescue Yorkie since 2007. She was born in 2003 and from the day I brought her to my home she has never been a playful dog. No toys, no balls, no kong! I rescued her from a home puppy mill that she resided. Most of the time spent in a cage. She requires very special care because she doesn't like to be held or cuddled. She's not aggressive and doesn't cause any conflict in my pack. She's my special baby and I just enjoy what she's able to give me. I let her do as much as she wants and I don't ask for much from her. I just love her and try to make her life with me as comfortable as possible. I used to feel sorry for her but I no longer do because she needs a strong leader that's going to protect her and love her and that's what I am to her.
