GuinnessStout - mortgage litigation sounds very complicated and such a departure from insurance but I can see how it would tie in with insurance claims - how amazing that you can also do wedding/event planning! I can barely remember to dress somedays...lol
Rachael - I can't really say much about what you do because when I read the word "neuroscience" I felt sick with nerdy elation, therefore, I would write too much about that and gloss over everything else about you...lol! I also had my child at 19.. don't know about you..but that makes me feel very old as people seem to be having children a lot later!
Kay - how can you not have carbs? I think I tried that when I was younger and I'm sure I almost died so gave up!
