Very Neat Thread!

Well my screen name is my name and year of birth, so I'm a few weeks away from 31. I am originally from Detroit but moved to Atlanta 6 years ago. Thought I'd try living somewhere else and starting fresh. I have a bachelors in Neuroscience and a Masters in Public Health. My daughter was born my sophomore year of undergrad, so I had her at 19 technically a teenager but a grown up.

It's just me and her. We got Troy our first yorkie 2 years after moving to GA. He was a joy to own and very laid back but we lost him last year. Fast forward to now and we have Emma. No husband or boyfriend but I date here and there. I don't think I've given up on love yet.

I work in pharmaceutical research as an auditor but have been in the field since college. One of my professors thought I needed a job because I had a baby and I said well sheesh I do, I'll work and the career snow balled from there. So many of the drugs and some devices you've seen come to market or will come to market, I've seen in one form or another through the FDA approval process.

I enjoy animals to the fullest, but I'll be friendly with cats from a distance. I like spending time with my family, traveling and reading. I have recently opened an online pet supply store that I'm hoping will grow. Being an entrepreneur is a lot of work and a lot of time. I volunteer quite a bit with my friends for various causes around Atlanta and like shopping for my godchildren back in Michigan.
