Michelle, from my understanding, a tear is a tear is a tear. And, that means surgery to avoid extreme arthritis.
Most dogs WILL improve even without medical intervention but that does not mean they are ok.
I suggest you get her to a board certified surgeon for an opinion. Would hate for her to be ok and then later on have major discomfort and have you regret not intervening. |
